He wont stop please help me!

mi ex boyfriend wont take no for an answer when i say i wont date him, he's asked me twice in two weeks and it haznt even been a month yet since he broke up wit my BESTY FRIEND! help me make him stop asking me out....again

Be firm. Tell him why you won't date him. Tell him that you don't want a realtionship, a fling, or anything like that, and say that you'd appreciate him leaving you alone. If he persists, you can report him for harassment.
