im sorry to hear about your troubles. But perhaps telling A could upset your boyfriend. And if you really liked a, then maybe it wasnt so wise to date someone else....I suggest thinking about the following

A) why do you like A.
B) How telling him would effect your relationships with other people and C) Is it really worth it?

if hes never coming back tell him the last day u see him or write him a friendly good bye card with a pic of you saying u like him

make SURE they are 100% moving!!! if they are then you should tell!! If he has ANY way of telling people then i suggest you txt or don't tell. Sorry if this doesn't help!!! Also make sure your BF doesn't find out!!

i thnk if u tell him, then even tho he'll be gone, problems with your boyfriend will still remain. thing s get around, unless u tell A in a really super sneaky way, right, but then if he says he likes u back, it could then cause a problem in your relationship with your boyfriend. i think guard what u got now.

i'd say, write down the pros and cons of A and your boyfriend and the pros and cons of the outcome. hope i helped :D
