Help with Friendship

OK its not often I need advice but I do now. Its rather complicated so bear with me. My friend told me that if everything works out she may be moving to Spain or Portugal to live and work with her boyfriend and his family. Now I was shocked and in an email said what I felt was the truth which she took the wrong way and threatened to never be my friend again so I grovelled and she relented a bit and so for now we are giving each other time and space to calm down and we will see what happens the trouble is the longer we leave it the harder to communicate will be and here is my problem the more I think about it I realise she has changed from who she was when I first knew her and I am not sure I even want to be her friend anyway but I am also unsure that I want to loose her even as a long distance friend. What would you do or say to her next or would you simply tell her this is the end. I am so confused! Thanks
