I liked this guy for 4 years and i want it to turn in to somthing more but idk how to tell him how i feel? how would u tell someone that u have fallen in love with that u want to go out with him ?

You could just casually go up to him and ask him if he wanted to go out for drink or a meal sometime? Then just see how everything flows from there. Just don't actually tell him these exact words. "I love you" though wait until you date and are in a proper relationship to tell him that as this might scare him off due to things moving on too quickly. Hope this helps. I know its a hard thing to do to ask him out, but it seems like its the best and quickest way to find out how he feels about you. :)

my suggestion is to just be direct and ask him out. what have you got to lose? you might want to wait for awhile on useing the word love. start with a date. guys appreciat courage.
