life?school?

Well, it's only going to get harder. Just try to keep up. If anything, try to get average. High school is basically preparing you for life. If it starts to get hard, you just have to power through it and hope for the best.

Just do your best. Thats what I have always done. Not got me anywhere but no one could ever tell me I didnt try hard. Infact my reports at school always said she tries hard and does her best.

My maths teacher is always giving us advice on life, because he is a very wise man. One day, he draws us up a diving board, and labels it with school. Then he drew a pool labeled, life. He drew a man on the end of the board and said "In school, if you do more work, and put in the hard yards now, *draws an arrow going up very high, and then into the pool (life)*, then you will have an easier life, like this diver. He will go deeper if he jumps higher. But, if u do not do well in school *draws small arrow going down into the water*, then like this diver, if you do not jump high, you will not go very deep into the water." Basically, the more effort u put into school, will make ur life better/easier. Another analurgy.:

why do you thing it's not worthy??? do you really think that you did all hard work in school only to make your parents happy... i bet you felt happy as well when you got goods grades....


i think you just get confuse.... and please don't do this to yourself... you have time to achieve what you want... don't waste it... i pray for you that you can achieve your goals without any difficulties...

I will advise you to stick with school, but instead of getting good grades to please your parents, get good grades to please yourself. After all its you who'll be in a job with the grades that you have not them. Look at jobs you might be interested in and that might inspire you. Just don't give up yet, i'm in the UK and in 6th form (the 2 years before university) and most people are dropping out to get jobs as they don't want to be at school any more, but most of them when working regret leaving and wish they'd stayed on at school. I'm staying on at school because i'd like to be a forensic scientist and i need good grades to go to university. Hope this helps a bit :) But most importantly just do your best thats most important.
