first you click on related clubs at the bottom of the screen and the you click create a new club which should be at the top of the page. Then you type in all of the information and add an icon and a banner. Then you have a club. But its not a good club until you have members. To get members, all you have to do is post a pick in a club that you think has something to do with your club asking if you want to join it or not. You can also post on the "Would you join my ... First you click on the Fanpop logo. Then you go to the bottom of the page and go on the section that says all the types of clubs you can join. On the top of that box it says "Create New Club" and you click on it. And that's about it.
