how come kakuzu is sooooooooooo old and i know he has five hearts and all but still he does look pretty young for is age anyways heres my real question: How come kakuzu doesn't look 91?

I dunno. Maybe it's magical lotion he lathers onto
his body, or he just covers up the parts of his body that is wrinkled, or he's just cool like dat!
(I have no idea, but I would like to find out one day though...)

I believe it is because he has hardened his skin so much and that he's replaced his hearts (which make him live longer) so many times that his skin just looks that way.

It's because he doesn't really have insides that aren't organic. I mean, he has strings for his guts. Plus his skin probably is fake so that would make him look younger
