Significantly better than Hotel and Roanoke. It started well, but then became kinda directionless... It had real potential, but never really headed in any real direction. I loved Winter, and I loved seeing Twisty again. Gary was cool. Evan Peters was spectacular. The raid sequence in the finale was one of my favourite ever AHS scenes (in fact the finale was probably the best episode of these season). So there was quite a bit to like. A real shame it never found its feet.

Oh, and the very final scene (Ally in hooded robe) was very lame. Worst ending of all the seasons, I reckon.

Absolutely stellar. It's my second fav season behind Asylum (though Hotel is up there as well) Mostly hilarious, but surprisingly creepy at points and a lot of great characters

And I liked the finale and social commentary about how Ally and Kai were just as bad as each other (essentially pointing out that both ends of the political spectrum are equally bad as well). It's deffinitely not the worst AHS ending when Coven and Freakshow exist IMO
