Does anyone know how to create the top model makeover set , and add top models from different cycles?

If so I wanted like a top model fantasy photo lol. I want a pic like the one above with all of my fave top models in it. I'd appreciate it if someone could create it for me, or tell me how to do it.
My faves are

Kesse cycle1 I dont think she has abathing suit pic, I suggest her photo from the shoot where they had to where bathing suits in the cold.
