They were closer then brothers in the novel. I see them as father & son as well.

They were very close

It was what made the end of Revenge of the Sith more tragic in my opinion.

Obi-wan is the obvious choice. He practically raised Anakin since he was a little boy and was like a father to him.

There was always tension in Anakin's relationship with Obi-Wan. The Chancellor lured him into a deceiving trap by making him believe that he could be much more powerful if he forsook his position in the Jedi Order. Obi-Wan advised Anakin to stay his distance from the chancellor for this very reason; the Jedi did not trust him and felt as though the Dark Side surrounded Palpatine. Because of his closeness to the Chancellor, Anakin was forced to join the Sith.

i mean there is no doubt he had a bond with both but i think his bond with obiwan (at least til the end of rots) was alot stronger i mean they were almost constantly together whereas his contact with palpatine was limited. Him and obiwan were closer than brothers. i think he liked palpatine but i don't think that is what made him join the sith remember at the end of the movie he was already telling padme his plans to overthrow palpatine but he needed palpatine in his mind to save padme
