Who is the creator of this spot, because this spot seriously needs a Banner and i reckon we could use an up to date icon?

I really don`t understand why this spot hasn`t got a Banner surely Andy deserves one.The latest twitpic entries:White Light,White Heat or Hey Look It`s My Face! would be perfect for an icon.
