What age to wear lipstick?

Well you can wear lipstick when you feel you won't look like a child who had stolen mom's make-up! You should use lipstick to match different looks. For example nude natural color will work perfectly for smokey eyes. Red lipstick will fit you just if you have pale skin, in other cases it's up to you. But again red lips are not for everyday make-up. I guess you can start wearing it in 17 or 18. IF you want to start wearing it earlier try peachy colors they will look good on everybody, but better use it with lipgloss it just looks better! Sorry for such an annoying answer! I'm gonna be a make-up artist so I'm kinda crazy about all this things!:)

when youve out grown any chilish features

I think its ok 2 wear lipstick at maybe age 15
