Y does my heart ache?

I dont understand this. iv not broken up with any1 for a long time, im not with any1. but i feel really heart broken and empty. can anyone help im really confused -_-

It only comes when you think it's necessary. So don't think about it. Try to make you're life better WITHOUT a person to actually LOVE, just think of friends and family...it'll probably work...it hasn't worked for me yet because...well I have no friends. My family just...isn't there for me.
