I wish Oz stayed. I like that Dawn lasted until the end of the show.

Love Oz but I like how the story developed without him. Willow & Tara are my second favourite couple on the show.
And I think I'm one of the few who outright loved the Dawn story line. Not so much because I like her character but because I think her character enriched the story line and added maturity and dimension to all the characters around her. I also like the way she developed in S7, really coming into her own. It would've been lame if they'd killed her off- a cheap cop out.

no it wouldn't have been a cheap cop out because she's not even "real", if dawn died in S5 they would have forgotrn her because she was the key

^They wouldn't have forgotten her unless someone altered their memories again. And I meant it would be a cheap way to pander to the fans who hated Dawn. To have her for only one season would have cheapened the whole story line- which I think was unique and interesting. Like I said before, she added a level of maturity to the other characters, especially Buffy, that I really enjoyed and felt enriched the show.

Anyways, while I understand why Oz left the show (he's actor wanted to do other things), I still wished it was held differently. And I can still wish that Oz had stay on.

I didn't mind Oz leaving because I like Willow with Tara more but I would liked it if he came back a bit more or moved to LA and was on Angel.

fanfly took the words right out of my mouth! I thought both story lines really moved the show forward. I feel the exact same way which is why I can't pick.

I didn't like Dawn staying until the end either,but I really liked Oz and he was a great character.

I can't pick because I think both story lines were necessary.

I liked Dawn's storyline.

I liked both storylines to be honest.
Without Oz leaving SD, there would not have been anything between Willow and Tara, who are my favourite couple from the show.
I think Dawn's appearance until the end was also relevant.

I liked the twist of Dawn's existence, though I wish more had been made of her after season 5. She was just in the background mainly after that.

I'd have liked Oz to remain even with Willow and Tara's existence still happening, though I'm not sure what they'd have done with his character without Willow.
