what cell phone should i get?

k so i am getting a cell phone soon and i dont know what one to get pleasee help.. it need to have camera and video and not too much money under $200.00 please i would like also i text alot pleaseee help

Its called the samsung intensity and thats not the only phone where u can call either one.
