The best swiss cheese by far is Kaltbach Emmentaler and Kaltbach Le Gruyère made by Emmi Swiss. The cheese is cave smoked for 300 days..yummmm!

I've added the "Hellim Cheese" option but didn't choose it! Because I love all types of cheese I've ever tasted! I want to taste every cheese in the world!

In Turkey I love these types:
- Tam yağlı sert Ezine Beyaz peyniri (a kind of Feta cheese of Turkey which is stern and salty)
- Antep peyniri (Antebish cheese)
- Dil peyniri (a cheese made in long strips)
- Aged kasseri

I actually don't like very many cheeses at all, and there are many that I can't even eat, either due to intolerance or if the cheese is made using animal rennet. But the few that I do like, I love!
