Where in New Jersey was Haley's safe house? I remember them mentioning a county but I couldn't hear. I'm from N.J.! I totally freaked out!

I just watched this again and when they mention that Haley is in New Jersey, they don't mention where. They do mention Fairfax County but that is in Virginia. Haley was in New Jersey but Foyet was calling her from Virginia.
