I think you should. Just remember, tattoos last forever. That's all. BUT I think it would be a kick ass tat and if it ever burns... :D

i would advise against it. it might seem cool now, but tatoos last foever and what if in a few years you start to hate it?

also, its not like having dark mark tatoo would make your life better or make you a better person. just saying.

Plus, you can still be a death eater even if u skip the tatoo.

or wear a fake one on special occasions, but dont get a real one.

I almost did. But I still live under my parents roof, and my mother wouldnt let me. So I got a Lady and the Tramp tatto on my leg. I would just remember it will be with you forever. OH and IMO the outline hurts worse than the coloring in.

Go for it! I want a tat too, but the only thing that comes to mind that I would want on my skin forever is something HP-related, so when im 21 Im thinking of getting the dark mark too, and maybe the Deathly Hallows sign where my back and my neck meet

I've got to admit, it's an awesome looking tat! Just take into account that like everyone says it can be permanent and laser removal is expensive as well a leaving scaring. Also, think about what kind of job you have or wish to have in the future when deciding on the placing of your tattoo. If you're working or want to work in a conservative environment (banker, businessman, etc), you might consider having it where it can be easily covered by clothing ie don't have it too close to your wrist if tattooing it on your forearm.

No.

I'd say get a fake or long lasting one, but you'll probably regret it. And it's not going to help you out later in life or anything.

Just make sure you really consider this before you do it.
Do you want kids later on? Imagine how scary this will look to them on their mother's arm.
Also, I have a tattoo behind my ear of a small music note and it has cost me several jobs already - consider that too! Especially if you're going to get it on your arm where it is so visible!

Do what you want, just make sure you really think about the consequences before hand :]
