Depression Tell me...I don't wanna be fat anymore so I want to do sports but I just CAN'T decide which one...Kickboxing or Athletics?? In both sports I'd have one dear friend...

I'd say do both, but to lose weight I would go with Athletics first. Getting involved with that should help with your metabolism and once you have more energy go for the kickboxing. Actually that sounds like fun :)

I heard that Kickboxing is particularly good for people with low self-esteem or bad body images (as you seem to have: "I don't wanna be fat anymore").
It relieves stress and anger, makes one feel more at peace with oneself and calmer afterwards.
