Does anybody else think that the song Pink Elephants on Parade and Heffalumps and Woozles are similar?

I think that the two songs are similar. Some reasons are, the tune is the same (in my opinion), the images that show up during the song (the pink elephants, and heffalumps and woozles) are very similar, and also I think the concept of the songs are sorta similar (only slightly).
