Who's the most boring character in your opinion?

In my opinion, the most boring characters are Texas Pete, Cinderella, Wendy, Captain Hook's Pirates, King Hubert-Well, he's less boring to me, Sid, Shanti, Pongo, Perdita, Cruella De Vil, Horace and Jasper, Jane, Lil' Lightning, and others.
