Need some advice and tips.... and critics... And is this good ? plz. tell me ! I rlly want to improve my drawing & Painting

It is a great idea. It is very whimsical and I enjoy looking at it. One thing though. Blending the colors would give you more of a flow in the picture. Also wen you look at something with colors, you want the colors to guide you throughout the page so your brightest colors should be near the focal point which I assume in this pic, is the flower bud. Hope I could help!
