Well THE ROCK as i cant call him in any other name-its not proper question but still -how come he has not won an OSCAR?MAYBE the SELECTORS are assholes with balls fitted in their eyes :D

Personally I believe he deserves an Oscar for Walking Tall or Gridiron Gang. Not to long ago I found a list of the top 25 celebrities who will never win an Oscar and some bastard or bitch had Rock's name on that list.
