How do you interpret the end of book 4?

Do Lina and Doon get together? (thats what I think) Or do they remain best friends? At the end of the book it says they move in together ...

I think they end up together. And they raise Poppy like a little adopted sister, but I'm pretty sure they've always liked each other in /that/ way.

I take it as Lina and Doon getting together and eventually getting married. They relize they're feelings after Lina's clever little message idea. I don't remember the moving in part, but i haven't read the book in forever so... i think that and message part together is what lead me to believe they get married.
