both sentences could have the word "to" in front of the verbs "wear" and "use", uunless you mean the lenses are previously used, then you'd write "i love "worn" contact lenses" or "i love "used" contact lenses"(that would be a weird sentence but it would be gramitically correct)if that helps answer your question

anyone could understand what you are saying
although this would be a better way for you to say it

"I love to wear contact lenses"
"I love to use contact lenses"
that way it would make more sense and I know I answered late sorry for that
