Fortunately or unfortunately, depending on your viewpoint about tabs in general, a more recent Facebook update removed all tabs from user profiles. So whether or not a particular app displays a tab is no longer an issue: no applications have tabs anymore. Now all users have the same one link on their profile, "share" (with five options: status, photo, link, video, question) and no tabs. The info page for users only displays pages that the user has "liked," so blingee book won't appear there, either.
