Is it possible to report a comment on facebook ? if so then how ??

no its ok ... but how can I report that person himself !

Go on their profile and if you scroll down a little, (or a lot, depending on the different profilees) on the left side there should be a series of three or four blue lines, one of those being, report/block this person. Hope I helped.
