Can anyone help me with the FB app candy crush saga?

I'm stuck at level 20 and can't get any farther without a tickets or something from my FB "friends" and they don't want to help me out any. I don't wanna pay FB to get past either.

Are those my only two options to get past??
I know this question is extremly dumb but since I am still new to the game I figured it was worth asking. (Cut me a little slack... LOL)
