Who are the 10 most powerful in Fairy Tail?

Basically give a list of who you think are the 10 most powerful mages in the entire series (not guild). Please no biased lists, give your honest opinions.

Here is my list based on knowledge of their magics and their fights, as well as taking into account other things such as Fairy Tail's protection on Tenrou Island.
(I am only counting humans, but feel free to put Acnologia, Deliora, etc into your lists.)

1) Zeref (for obvious reasons)
2) Mavis (full control of Fairy Tails great magics, I wouldn't want to be on her bad side)
3) Purehito/Hades
4) Makarov
5) Jose (most people have probably forgotten about him by now, but you have to admit he makes a formidable opponent)
6) Gildarts
7) Bluenote
8) Minerva (I haven't seen enough of her to get a decent gauge on her strength, but she does seem incredibly powerful)
9) Jellal
10) Erza (I think she has fallen a bit behind after 7 years of absence, but she has to make it onto this list after defeating those 100 monsters in Pandemonium)
