Nope not going to happen especially in the direction the story in going. Have to change alot of stuff around for a hint of that to happen. In the direction the story is going and considering OVA hints Natsu and Lucy is strongy likely and also Gray and Juvia strongly likely. There are also hints of Llevy and Gajeel. Everyone else other than those three pairs are completely up in the air.
