Overall, I love their kissing scene in the manga more. Their faces, their position, and how they kissed in sunset (I'm totally sure they're kissing there). With some flashbacks as their lips become closer and closer. But, the animated version is really wonderful as well! I love the animation! The atmosphere in the anime is really wonderful and made romantic mood. Moreover, there's a beautiful music in the background, made the atmosphere deeper, and more romantic. But in anime, they're kissing after sunset. And too bad they don't add their flashback memories. If they do, I think the scene will become deeper and more touching.
As for the-kiss-or-not-matter, I'm sure their lips touched (look at the pic I post). Even if it's just less than one second, their lips touched, and that's mean they're kissed! ♥ Fairy Tail wikia also said that they're kissed:

Well, if they really didn't kiss, then we don't have to worry that much. We already got Jellal landing on top of Erza, touching cheeks, wiping tears, and their-lips-are-already-so-close scenes. And the most important thing is; their feelings are already canon. They love each other. And they're the first pair who took the first on screen kissing scene, while they're not even the main male and female lead!
So, we must congrats Jellal and Erza for their canon feelings and as the most romantic couple in Fairy Tail :D
And now we just have to wait for Gale, Gruvia and Nalu turn ♥
For me myself, if I was this crazy over Jerza (who only my second favorite pairing), what will happen to me if a NALU moment like this appear? I might die of happiness because Nalu is my OTP ♥
I can't wait for future chapters~ :D
