While its likely its Laxus, as for being the strongest but since Mavis was the one who devised the strategy, she might have not given laxus since he might fight Jura. HIro seems to like erza and all so its very likely it could be her, One person i'm sure isn;t the captain is Gray, because Mavis Gambled on the outcome of his fight with Rufus, so as a strategist i don't see her making Gray captain because of that, and since Juvia might get the least attention and as a result of her elemental mimicry water body, she might just be a good choice. BUt i'll still like it to be laxus as he is the Strongest of the lot, and Next MASTER OF FAIRY TAIL.

i think it would be laxus/juvia/or erza...laxus is the strongest but mavis is clever so by the time he got to fight jura,i don't think she would based on him as a leader.on the other hand,erza is pretty strong and she had the skills to be a great leader...but i think that juvia has many possibilities too because she is the weakest and no enemy would think her as the leader...finaly i think that there is no way for gray or gajeel to be the leader....but i choosed laxus because he is op and my favourite character ;)

when she needs to save gray she could beat a wiz saint she would not let him get hurt she would kill her self before that happs
