im a christian and i find it very insulting, everything else is funny but when it comes to religion it goes way too far

I love when christians and other religious minorities get butthurt over something like a TV show. It's hilarious!

You shouldnt take it seriously because its not a person speaking out to the world. Its not a president of a country saying his beliefs. Its a CARTOON CHARACTER. Whenever they mock something I like or something I'm proud of I just laugh it off or just ignore it, because someone else in the world will find it funny. Im not gonna let a freakin' cartoon affect my emotions.

im sorry but thats just the way that i feel. so what if they mock your opinion? its only a cartoon, its nothing life threatening or life changing, its a bit of lighthearted fun. and Family Guy practically insults everyone and everything so if everyone took it seriously i doubt it would have as many fans as it does now. its a bit of lighthearted fun.

who cares if christian people are being made fun of on family guy.
the same thing happens on south park but its the other way around.
its a cartoon for cryin out loud.
when sara palins daughter was made fun of in that one episode because of her tourettes sindrome people didnt mae a big deal out of it.

That's how the show is and the majority like it, because they have a scence of humor. It's simple if you don't like it, don't watch it. They make fun of everything on the show. They make fun of everything I love on there, especially gays, but I just laugh and say something like "that's so wrong" and move on. It's not to be taken seriously AT ALL! That's the dynamic of the show. They even made a reference to this in a Christmas ep.

they make fun of everything on family guy and the majority of it i love, but i just laugh it off and let it go, it's a cartoon and not to be taken seriously at all, people obviously like it since it hasn't been cancelled, it's just like south park, but if you don't like it then don't watch it
