What is your favorite//main fandom?

Dude. Dude. I have many fandoms. MANY. But I'll just say Hetalia, Homestuck, and like you said, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.

Mine are The Legend of Korra and Homestuck.
Gosh I love me some Homestuck.

Mainly it's:
Harry Potter, The Hunger Games, Primrose Everdeen, My Little Pony Friendship is Magic, and Rose Weasley. X3

All anime (minus Naruto and Bleach) ESPECIALLY HETALIA, Vocaloid, UTAUloid, Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy, J-Pop, K-Pop, Touhou, drawing, Manga, Need I go on? XD

I'm in a lot of fandoms, so it's hard to choose.
But it's gotta be Homestuck. Legend of Korra, Durarara!! and The World Ends With You.

Ok, well I have a lot of fandoms, but I think my "main" ones might be My Chemical Romance, Homestuck, Hetalia and Soul Eater. xD

At the moment, my main fandom is Danganronpa. ^ ^

Naruto, and to a slightly lesser extent Harry Potter.

Music is my other main obsession, specifically Symphonic Metal and operatic frontwomen. Nightwish, Therion, Epica, Forever Slave, Mortal Love, and Within Temptation are the ones I primarily love, with my favorite vocalists being Chiara Malvestiti, Tarja Turunen, Lori Lewis, Iliana Tsakiraki, Dianne van Giersbergen, Heidi Parviainen, Manuela Kraller, Simone Simons, Akane Okamoto-Kaminski, Cathrine Paulsen, Floor Jansen, and Sharon den Adel. I've also recently started to love Dollette LaMort's vocals. The Symphonic Metal community is pretty tight-knit with the bands they listen to (at least in my opinion), so I basically consider all of this one fandom. :P

However, despite these being my three main fandoms, I still place Naruto and Harry Potter on a higher pedestal than my music, and if I guess I'm ranking them now Naruto would be my #1. :)
