Does anyone know why exactly this photo was deleted?

I took the necessary precaution and blacked out the names and the phone numbers and BAM! gone. What exactly were the grounds for the removal? And if it was someone being juvenile with the "report" button aren't they reviewed before being deleted? I find this puzzling....

Where did you post it? I don't think this is the place to make fun of people, but I could be wrong. I think there's a fail spot for that. if you posted it in the Bieber spot, that's even more inappropriate
