Do you get let back on if you knew the rules but forgot about the commenting more than once thing?

I'm assuming you got banned? Read the last part of link. Basically, nobody but the Fanpop Four knows if/when you will get your account back.

But please don't spam their inboxes asking them to unban you. Especially since you say you got blocked for spamming in the first place. :)
