There is a lot of talk again about animated user icons. Animated user icons have been around for years. Did the ability to post animated user icons on Fanpop ever go away and then return? If so, what are the details?

anyway after i found out that - i gess they made pictures more clear - So i think thats why there moving now

i also know - icon spots use to move like some peopels icons now - so dont know if it will change soon - cause i think the moving icons are awesome
