Has anyone managed to make a new spot lately?

I tried this week to make a few spots, but they are always deleted the next morning. I dunno if fanpop is working on some weird improvement right now or whatever...
The spots were not anti-, or spamming or against any copyright thing, they were empty so far....
So is there someone who successfully made a spot the last few days? Or is it just me?
