Fanpop Question

Help me about my caps!!!!!!!!!!

1. I joined 34 clubs that means i can earn the "Clubbing 25" cap but why didn't I get it?
2. I visited fanpop for 10 days and my friend at school said visiting fanpop for 10 days will earn you a cap! But why didn't I get it?

Maybe a fanpop glitch. Try going to fanpop for 50 days. This may make the things run a little smoother.
