If so, then it really depends. If you did something wrong like harass other users or spam like crazy then it won't be possible to get your account back. However, if you feel you did nothing wrong and your account was not justified in being removed, then message one of the F4, explain the situation, and see if they can restore your account for you.

If you yourself deleted your account and regret doing so now, you're up shit creek without a paddle.
