A friend and I were talking about this earlier. No Valentine's cap. No Chinese New Years one this year. We're pretty sure they stopped with the birthday ones. This on top of a lot of problems for users. It seems to have many wondering what is going on . . .
I access the site from the library, a few of us were on fanpop on Valentines Day, and we were all pretty upset that were did not get a cap either. We are all new users, so when we don't get a cap for the special day it does make us feel ignored.
2yrs ago there was a diwali cap.and user's birthday caps.......last year no one got it.....but we got Chinese new year cap as well as valentine's day cap.........but this year we didnt get it either..........
it looks to me that year by year fanpop is limiting the caps for some reasons.................its sad though.........
i felt caps were more like a gift from fanpop.......
