Is it possible to lose/ go down a level with medals?

Can your level of medal drop if you don't participate and contribute to a spot for a while?

But it happened to me and I didn't unfanned the club plus I am super active on that club :/

The medal will come back though a short while after rejoining the club.

nmdis is saying he/she didn't leave the club! Do you even read? @nmdis, it's probably a glitch. A long time ago a lot of charmed fans lost their medal, but they got it back eventually.

It actually happened to my friend. But it was a glitch. The only way you can lose a medal is by unfanning the club; but even then, it does come back.
