Go to the homepage (www.fanpop.com). There should be a large green button saying Create A New Club on the right. Click on it. Fill in the boxes in the new page. Also, try searching for terms relating to the club you want first, to check that it won't be a duplicate.
If you can't see that box, it means that you haven't been a member here for long enough. It takes a little while to appear. I'm not sure of the exact amount of time. Try again in a week or two maybe.
Go to CLASSIC FANPOP then there will Be a button that says create a club ok! you also have to be a member 4 long enough so don't get frustrated if its not there!
