How to get a Facebook cap?

I tried connecting my Facebook account to this site to get this cap. That didn't work. Do I need to join a Facebook club on this site, if you have one, to get this cap? Or is it enough just to add my Facebook account as in Facebook URL to my profile? Would that do the trick? How did you get your Facebook cap on this site? Am I too late for this cap, or what? Everyone else has one.
