Fanpop Question

Umm, a little help please?

I keep trying to click on a certain fan's name so I could become a fan of them, but whenever I do, it goes back to the Fanpop home page. Any suggestions?

you cant do that because the persons account is banned. no matter what you try until they are "unbanned" you wont be able to add them. so you can wait (if they are just banned temporarily) oooooooooooor not be a fan of naughty fanpoppers who didnt play by the rules :P

How would a person become banned? Could they also have just de-activated the account?

nope, you cant deactivate your account, people get banned for violating the terms of service..let me refer you to some articles

Just substitute my username with whoever's you want to go to.
