Fanpop Question

Hello, I want to create a new spot, but I have some questions...

Okay, its for a character I am a big fan of, but a spot for him already exists. What I want to do is make a spot that is specifically for more mature content than what is generally posted on the spot that already exists, is this allowed? I have material that I want to post, but not on that particular spot, because it involves mature content which I don't find particularlly appropriate with what is already posted. It would be a very different type of spot, but for the same character what should I do? Should I make my spot, can I or No?

I think you can, as long as you give it a different name, but I strongly suggest that you don't, because if the moderators find it, you could get banned, and your spot could get deleted.

In case you're wondering, no, I don't know this from personal experience. I just know what I've heard.

So, you are saying it will most likely get deleted and my account banned even if it's under a different name? This doesn't look so good for my idea... I hope this isn't true:( but, thanks for answering.

Well, I'm not saying it would- and the chances of the moderators finding out are rather slim- but I'm just trying to warn you.

I've already decided its best not to bother with it, I don't realy have that much material, so, oh well. I'll just stick with the same ole spot X)

By "mature" do you mean not suitable for younger people? Or mature in the sense that the other content in the spot is immature?

My initial reaction is no, because if the spot already exists, then making a duplicate is pointless and it will probably get removed anyway.

Sometimes spots don't run the way that we would like them to, but we can't control that. My advice is that you just add your content to the spot anyway and some people will like, and others won't.

Hmm, that is what I was thinking I should do, at first... but yes, (its material that is more for adults) that is why I wanted to make a new spot for it, that would sooner attract adults not kids. And is why I posted my second question right after I posted this one, I'd like to know what the rules are regarding this issue, or at least the basic public opinion.
