I'll comment something like "not a fan of...." or "my NOTP" if it's asking something like "what's your opinion on...?" or asking me to choose between multiple options. I think that's fair enough, just expressing my honest opinion. This would just be in the main fandom club, or the character club for a pairing poll question. I wouldn't specifically go to the disliked character/pairing's club to do this.
