I recently made some icon-less polls because I couldn't find icons of the scenes I was referencing, then a day later tried to edit it to add random icons and got annoyed that wasn't possible. On another occasion, a glitch meant that I couldn't add icons to a poll I made after I'd spent several hours searching for them.

I don't think we should be able to change pre-existing icons - that way people would mess around with "which icon is best?" type polls or play pranks with which icon is there - but adding icons when there weren't anyway should be fine.

I think you've got about 3 hours to edit a pick before it locks up.

I can think of pros and cons to each option but I'm too tired to weigh them right now. =P

^I tried adding icons about a day later, so that's why it didn't work.
