I guess it depends on the club.
There are certain clubs where I am the only active member there, and I'm not even on the list.
Same with medals

Most of the time I feel it is, but I've noticed occasions where the top contributor list doesn't seem to have been updated for years, like it's stuck with the previous contributors and doesn't show someone who's been adding a lot more recently.
