Fruits Basket Question

you would really help me out if you told me who kakeru, machi, naohiyo, and kimi if you read the books... but please dont add spoilers!!!

i found a picture of all the fruits basket characters. under everypicture was a name. i saw the names kakeru, machi, naohiyo, and kimi under some characters... i didint know who they where so i came to you guys 4 help........ please breafly tell me wo thease characters are but i beg of you - dont add spoilers or my life will be ruined!!! (jees iv had enough spoilers on this site already) so please tell me ... much appreceated!! {less than three} PEACE OFF!

They are friends but they first meet on the council.
